I just wanted to share with you some absolutely brilliant advice.
Eric Louviere (he is currently running the Job Crusher program with Mike Filsaime) recently posted a thank you message on the Warrior Forum which I have just read. And I had to share it with you immediately.
Eric give his Top 10 list of what it takes to “get here” online and have a profitable and successful online business.
As I was reading through this, each point just made so much sense and he was definately “telling it as it is”!
So, unless you are already made your million online, you MUST read this post.

I always believe that one of the true tests of any site or product launch is the back end support. Unfortunately, it is normally only a process that you get to participate in once you have signed up or have a problem. Normally, you need help NOW and NOW is normally when the server is choked with requests and the support staff are drowning in emails!
However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t get the message out that you are interested and want to help.
Unfortunately for me, due to the PayPal account that I chose to use for my signup to Lead Supreme, it handled the debit from my account as an E-Check and not as a direct payment so as a result, my account wasn’t active when the site went live. (For those that aren’t aware E-Checks can take days to clear and most membership sites auto activate when paypal approves – so it will slow you down if you are not aware of it).
Anyway, the Lead Supreme site has obviously been flooded and I have to admit, they are doing a good job of handling it. I have received a few emails from the site indicating that things are a bit slower than expected while they get it all up and running – this communication is great with the members.
I am also a regular visitor to the Warrior Forum and saw a post that someone was having trouble accessing the site. This is where the guys really excelled themselves with both Harris Fellman (his group is handling the launch) and Howie Schwartz both posting comments on this forum about what was going on and what was being done about it.
This is a great proactive approach to get in touch with many of your supporters all at once.
So my message here is that whenever you launch a product or are expecting some large traffic to your site – Be Prepared! And also, be ready to take some creative measures to not only solving your problem, but communicating with your members (some who have paid good money to get what you are offering).
I have recently experienced similar exceptional service from Mike Filsaime on his back end for The 7 Figure Code (you can read about it Here) and I always believe that when I have money to spend, if I have to choose between someone I don’t know and someone I have had a positive customer experience with then I am going to choose the proven person because I know that no matter what, they care about the customer!
Keep it in mind, it is important and you should not look at Internet Marketing as a one and done transaction. Build your customer relationships and you can have a customer for life.
